How to use?
Slightly roast with 1 tsp oil/ghee for a minute to eliminate raw taste. Pulav, Upma, kheer and other dishes can be prepared. For Upma & Pulav use 1.5 cups water for 1 cup semiya.
Kambu is rich in Proteins and Iron. Control blood sugar and cholesterol levels. Good for heart.Fights Diabetes. High in Antioxidant.
