This millet is an excellent source of Iron. One serving (30 g) can provide 16% of the daily iron needs for an adult man. Like other millets, Samai is also gluten-free. It makes up for the lack of wholegrain fiber in Celiac (gluten-free) diets.
Ingredients
Little Millet Flour, Wheat Flour, Salt. Tastemaker: Clove,Coriander, Ginger, Cinnamon, Cumin, Onion Powder,Garlic Powder, Tomato Powder, Salt
Boil 5 cups of water with 1 tsp oil, add pasta cook for 2-3 mins.
Rinse with cold water & drain excess water. Add your Favourite
toppings, veggies, Sauces. Serve Hot Reduces high blood pressure.
